Knight FM acquires a strategic stake in Campeyn Group

In a groundbreaking move designed to redefine the landscape of facilities management, Knight Facilities Management Australia (Knight FM) proudly announces its acquisition of a strategic stake in Campeyn Group (Campeyn). This partnership transcends the conventional boundaries of collaboration, emphasising a comprehensive strategy to enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and elevate the client experience.

Under the new ownership structure, both companies will continue to operate independently, but will share common systems and processes to operate their back-office services, including IT, HR, Finance, OH&S and compliance. Knight FM will provide sales, marketing, tendering, procurement, and subcontractor management functions for both organisations. The integration of back-office functions is a strategic manoeuvre aimed at harnessing synergies and eliminating redundancies, offering a unique value proposition in the competitive market.
