Since starting at Knight FM in September 2019, Naveen has continued to build his reputation for professional excellence and personal integrity.

As a senior accounting professional with commercial experience in fast paced and complex environments across various industries, Samantha pursues a career where she has the knowledge to contribute, creates opportunities to do so, and helps others along the way.

Cameron Brown

Head of Operations

Due to ongoing growth in our client base, Cameron has been appointed as our National Operations Manager. Leveraging his technical understanding and commercial acumen, Cameron will be responsible for driving a continuous improvement culture across the national operations team and ensuring we continue to deliver cumulative value to our clients.

Tripti Yadav

People and Culture Manager

Tripti joins Knight FM with significant experience in Human Resources having worked in the field over the last 13 years. Her in-depth experience across all facets of HR includes developing people and culture strategies with key strengths in employee engagement, coaching and mentoring. Tripti oversees responsibility for organisational succession planning and reporting to further Knight FM’s existing strategies, people, and HR initiatives.

Brenton is self-motivated, driven and results-orientated with a clear and practical engineering mindset dedicated to finding better ways through innovation and technology. He leverages significant FM experience and a strong technical understanding to develop effective and competitive commercial solutions.

With a diverse understanding of the FM landscape, Michelle works closely with key internal and external stakeholders to capture opportunities, with new and existing clients, where Knight FM can align our values and provide greater value outcomes through our customised solutions.

James is a dedicated and hardworking professional focussed on implementing best practice, process efficiencies and productivity enhancements that deliver tangible costs savings for clients. James enjoys leading and working in teams, building great client relationships in the process, and leveraging knowledge developed after 12 years in the Facilities, Asset, and Property Management industries.
