Our History

Incorporated in Delaware, USA, in 1989, Knight Facilities Management has grown to become a global provider of facilities support services. With our five thousand employees across 13 countries, we have created a family of companies and provide a wide range of facilities management services.

As a subsidiary of the Knight Organisation, formerly Lester B. Knight & Associates Inc. – a world leader of the planning and development of technically advanced facilities; Knight FM was founded to fill the growing need for professional facilities management services.

Importantly, as a privately-owned independent company we are not aligned to or owned by a real estate firm or an external industry provider where facilities management is merely a by-product of a core service such as property sales or leasing.

Despite a global presence, Knight FM delivers projects with local area knowledge.

Joshua has been with Knight FM for two decades with varying roles including Purchasing Manager, Operations Director and Sales Director. His skillset is broad, with extensive experience in negotiation, budgeting and operations management.

Naveen is a senior facilities and asset management leader who has enjoyed progressive advancement with high-profile enterprises where he has grown profits, refined operations, empowered staff, and established future prosperity through better processes and financial management. Since starting at Knight FM in September 2019, Naveen has continued to build his reputation for professional excellence and personal integrity.

Due to ongoing growth in our client base, Cameron has been appointed as our National Operations Manager. Leveraging his technical understanding and commercial acumen, Cameron will be responsible for driving a continuous improvement culture across the national operations team and ensuring we continue to deliver cumulative value to our clients.

Brenton Kelley

Brenton is self-motivated, driven and results-orientated with a clear and practical engineering mindset dedicated to finding better ways through innovation and technology. He leverages significant FM experience and a strong technical understanding to develop effective and competitive commercial solutions.

James Gonzales

National Operations Manager

James is a dedicated and hardworking professional focussed on implementing best practice, process efficiencies and productivity enhancements that deliver tangible costs savings for clients. James enjoys leading and working in teams, building great client relationships in the process, and leveraging knowledge developed after 12 years in the Facilities, Asset, and Property Management industries.

Hazel brings significant experience within Human Resources, having garnered experience in this field over the last 15 years. Hazel brings along with her experience a full range of HR functions covering the whole employee lifecycle including end to end recruitment including performance management, managing complex employee relations cases, coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
